The DEIJ Fund is creating a legacy of enduring education for faculty professional development to work more effectively with students representing the wonderful range of racial, ethnic, and cultural diversity we have in our school. Training teachers, administrators, parents, and trustees creates a legacy of knowledge and is an impetus for developing an Institute of Social Justice and Cultural Humility at WNS.
